Continue shoppingPlease note that shipping times are estimated and begin the day after the carrier picks up the package. However, please be aware that cross-border shipping times are only estimates, due to potential delays at customs.
If your shipment is going to the USA or another international destination, please be aware that it may be delayed by customs, which is located in the destination country. Customs delays are outside of our control and may alter shipping estimates. Please consider potential border delays when choosing a fast shipping method.
For international shipping, Maple and Sia does not charge taxes to customers outside of Canada, but duties and fees are calculated by the customs office of the destination country, which are outside of our control. Please expect and prepare for these amounts accordingly. We will not undervalue goods for customs purposes.
Please note that purchases and exchanges use the exchange rate on the date they are processed. Exchange rates fluctuate over time and are outside of our control, so we do not adjust refunds to reflect any differences in exchange rates
Customers will receive an invoice via email, and a shipping invoice will accompany the parcel. These invoices are necessary to clear customs, and it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the customs office to ensure clearance. If you require a tax identification number, please notify us at the time of purchase with the number so that we can include it in the package. Please note that Maple and Sia is not liable for packages refused by customs.
For international tracking, the tracking number for Xpresspost International items is compatible with the local postal service’s website in the destination country. We advise customers to track their packages to quickly resolve any shipping issues. Please note that Canada Post regulations require signatures on all Xpresspost deliveries.
Please be aware that Maple and Sia is not liable for any damages once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier. If goods appear to have been damaged in transit, we will open a case with the carrier, and photo documentation is required to show the damage to the product and packaging. Please keep all packing materials and products until the claim is settled.
Finally, please note that Maple and Sia insurance is only valid for the duration of time in transit with Canada Post. We do not cover any damages caused while in transit with a secondary shipping company.
