Exchange & Return
With a receipt, items can be exchanged within 14 days or for an online credit. However, all goods must be in their original condition with attached tags. It’s important to note that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
We do not have a Return policy
Sale items are non-exchangeable and considered final sale. To initiate an exchange, you must obtain an exchange authorization number from Maple and Sia by emailing email@example.com. Please note that no goods will be accepted for exchange without a valid authorization number.
The guidelines for exchanging items are as follows:
- To initiate a exchange, customers must first obtain an authorization number from Maple and Sia. The request for exchange authorization must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods. After receiving the authorization number, the items must be shipped within 1 week.
- Price difference for exchanged items will have to be paid in advance and the new shipping costs will have to be paid by the customer as shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with exchanging the items to Maple and Sia.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the goods must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached, not washed, and in pristine condition, free from any traces of perfume or deodorant. This will ensure that the items are ready for resale.
Items can be only be exchanged with items which are of same or more value than the first purchase.
